Jennifer Pizzoferrato serves as the Chief Financial Officer of the American School for the Deaf, where she provides executive leadership across finance, operations, and organizational strategy in support of one of the nation’s most historic and mission-driven educational institutions.
In her current role, Jennifer oversees a broad portfolio that includes Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology, Facilities, Campus Safety and Security, Residential Life, Admissions, Risk Management, Legal, Marketing and Communications, Interpreting Services, and Capital Projects. She serves as a key partner to the Executive Director and Board of Directors, regularly presenting on financial performance, risk management, capital planning, and organizational sustainability.
Jennifer has led complex audits, enterprise risk management initiatives, collective bargaining negotiations, large-scale technology implementations, and major construction and capital improvement projects. She is known for building strong cross-functional teams, strengthening internal controls, and fostering a culture of accountability, transparency, and collaboration.
