| Scope of Duties: |
The PrintWorks Sales Associate reports to PrintWorks Manager/Assistant Director of Institutional Advancement. Responsible for marketing and generating sales of PrintWorks services to non-profit organization and businesses. |
| Primary Duties: |
- Develop a marketing and sales plan in conjunction with the PrintWorks Manager
- Secure sales of PrintWorks services through face-to-face sales calls and various marketing strategies
- Price and invoice of services
- Coordinate and schedule services in conjunction with the Production Manager.
- Supervise various office management functions as needed.
- Supervise printing jobs as needed
- Supervise quality control
- Other related duties as assigned.

| Minimum Requirements: |
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills required with a demonstrated track record in all aspects of sales and marketing including scheduling, pricing, production, etc. Experience or willingness to learn Xerox Print-on-Demand and other appropriate production skills. Background in deaf culture/education is helpful. Excellent written and oral communication skills required. Knowledge of sign language preferred, but must be willing to learn. |
