Outreach Occupational Therapist ; Part-time

Scope of Duties:

Under the supervision of Dianne Martin and Karen Stockton, Co-Supervisors of the Birth to Three Program, provide the following services:

  • Conducts evaluations and assessments
  • Participates in IFSP development and implementation
  • Monitors outcomes as part of a transdisciplinary team
  • Provides direct and/or consultative services to children and families
  • Supervises assistants as appropriate
  • The Occupational Therapist can act as a service coordinator upon successful completion of training.
Minimum Requirements:

Applicants must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy.  Current Connecticut license in occupational therapy required.  Must possess sign language skills with SCPI rating level of Intermediate preferred or must be committed to develop such skills.  Pediatric occupational therapy experience is preferred.

Salary & Benefits: Compensation based on union contract.
